Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes you must have a physical address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment you will receive your tracking number.
JEK Travels Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
JEK Travels Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do not ship outside of the United States.

The JEK Travels Store has a 15 day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item. No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworned, unused and in the same condition that you received it from JEK Travels Store. JEK Travels will will replace any item (s) deemed to be defective or damaged within 15 days at no charge. JEK Travels will also exchange any items due to size as long as the items or product is unworn and in the same condition as receved from JEK Travels. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs or returning the item or items to JEK Travels Store and the return postage of the exchanged item or items.
