ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
The JEK Travels Store has a 15 day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items. No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworned and in the same condition that you received it from JEK Travels Store.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item or items to JEK Travels Store and the return postage of the exchanged item or items.
NO Refunds
JEK Travels Store has a no cash refund policy.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchae, you may return the items back to JEK Travels Store for a store credit only.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status via email if you're approved or denied of your store credit after inspecting the item.
To complete yoru exchange, we require proof of purchase.
Exchanges if approved
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you notification by email that we have received your returned item.
We will let you know if you item was approved or rejected for an exchange.
If approved for an exchange we will send out out a new notification of your product being shipped.
If not approved, we can return your original item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, depending on your location it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping an item over $50 in value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
